Hint of Heat

We here in the Southwest like our food like our weather. Hot, but not too hot. (Shoveling snow is for the birds. Snowbirds, specifically.)​ This Rubb has a lot of flavor with some additional heat. But not "mean-heat" like some people insist on making. What's the point of a seasoning if you can't taste it!?

This Rubb can be used just like the All Purpose but when you want just a Hint of Heat.

My favorite way to Rubb: Take some nice pieces of chicken, thinner is preferred. In a gallon plastic bag, pour olive oil on top of the chicken. Then sprinkle in as much Rubb as desired. Mix the bag up (get groovy with it!) and let sit for at least 30 minutes. After that, cook it however you want
