Mesq-Heat

This is by far the hottest of the Rubbs. The combination of mesquite and heat may be a little much for some, but those that can hack it will thoroughly enjoy the flavor (and having all the meat to yourself). You got a heat-freak friend? This is the one for them, 

Mesq-Heat will ignite your taste-buds and make reaching for a cold-one that much more acceptable.

My favorite way to Rubb: Grab an assortment of chicken thighs, wings and drumsticks. Place into a gallon plastic-bag and just a smidgen of olive oil should be drizzled on the meat. Shake in the Mesq-Heat and let sit for 30 minutes. Then toss on the grill and cook until done. There is something about the pairing of this Rubb and the slight char you can get off of these cuts of chicken that make it unbelievable.
