Mesquite
No self respecting Arizonan would dare not have a mesquite flavored Rubb ready to go in their pantry. With my Mesquite in your aresenal, you will always be ready to fight boring flavor with the smokey deliciousness that is this Rubb.
This Rubb should be limited to use on the grill or in a smoker. Any meat, besides fish, can easily benefit from this seasoning.
My favorite way to Rubb: After making burger patties (beef, pork, chicken, turkey or game) sprinkle both sides. Toss on the grill and cook until done. For extra fun throw dashes on the burgers while on the grill (just so you look way fancier than you actually are).
