Sweet Malone's Sweet Pork-Fection

This week's blog is going to focus on a Rubb that holds a special place in my heart (and somewhat on my body): Sweet Malone's!

For those of you who have not read the Rubbs page on the website, let me go ahead and recap for ya what is to be known about good ol' Sweet Malone. Malone is the name of my tummy. Some years he is bigger than others (and yes once my wife said "I do." I basically said "I don't" to most forms of cardio) but he is all mine! Now he got the name Malone because of Sean Connery's character in the movie The Untouchables. Why?... Have you seen that movie?! Like it is a CLASSIC! Give the original James Bond a tommy-gun and busting up bootleggers and I am all there! And while my tummy has got a little "brown sugar" on it, this Rubb contains some as well. Which makes it perfect for pork:

What you need:

Couple Pork Chops

So this cut of meat comes to us via Sprouts. They were having a sale on pork loin. I took said loin and cut it up into chops. Call 'em Chubbs Chops if ya will. Anyway, to be honest this is some of the best pork that I have ever eaten. Keep your eye out on their ads for next time it goes on sale, you won't be sorry.

The process is super easy: Rubb the chops. Cook the chops.

I grilled mine up as now that the weather is so nice I can't resist cooking outside. Also knowing myself, I was probably blaring some Van Halen too loud and my wife banished me from the living room.

Fun fact we served last week's side dish with it and it was delicious!

Funner fact, Sweet Malone's is literally THE BEST on bacon. But that is a blog for another time!
