Always Rubbin' Out a New One

So we are always looking to add a new blend to our line-up. And inspiration comes from all sorts (recipes, trends, TV shows, etc). Usually there's about four new blends cooking up in my mind (pun intended) but it does actually take a process to get to your pantry.


We actually haven't unveiled a new Rubb since 2019, with the addition of Free Range to the line-up. That does not mean we haven't been messing around, just has to get through that process mentioned above. When it comes to a new Rubb, I check to make sure it:


1 - Tastes good

2 - Works for a variety of foods

3 - Is sustainable (not some obscure special ingredient that I can't get my hands on again)

4 - Works for a variety of cooking methods

5 - Is fun


Given we are around 4 years since our last new Rubb, we can promise one to drop this year. And given the RnD we've put into which one I think it's going to be, ya'll will be pleasantly pleased!
