Some times a new recipe is great. Some times it's a miss. And some times, you just gotta try it out for yourself. I'm not sure exactly what inspired these, but hey - I went for it! Crawfish Bakes! Concept seemed simple enough, baked pastry filled with cream cheese, crawfish meat and other goodies. I tried it two different ways, so this is a double-header of recipes. Here ya go!
Ingredients
Pastry Rolls
Cream Cheese (Used Whipped Chive and Onion and Whipped Garlic and Herbs)
Crawfish Meat
