I really enjoy how my brain works when it comes to grub. It's like "A Beautiful Mind" but more focused on meats and carbs. This little recipe came outta nowhere one weekend and really came together: Garlic Shrimp Cheesy Bread. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
Shrimp (cooked, de-shelled)
Rubb (Used Donovan's Beef)
Loaf of Bread (Used Sourdough, but could use ciabatta or french loaf)
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Colby Jack Cheese
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Stick Unsalted Butter (Melted)
Green Onion (Chopped)
Fresh Basil (Diced)
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 400-degrees
Remove tail and cut up shrimp into desired size peices
Sprinkle with Rubb
In bowl mix mayo, butter, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onion and salt and pepper
Whisk together, toss in shrimp and mix some more
Cut bread in half and lay down on cooking sheet (crust sides down)
Add mixture to bread pieces and spread evenly
Sprinkle on colby jack cheese
Bake for 14 minutes
