This was a fun little meat-treat we threw together a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully y'all enjoy it just as much as we did!
Ingredients - Sandwiches
Skirt Steak
Shrimp (peeled)
Rubb(s) (Used All Purpose on Steak and Sedona Smoke on Shrimp)
Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce
Butter (for steak - optional)
Buns
Cooking Spray
Black Pepper
Sliced Cheese
Mayo
"Sandwich Slaw"
Directions - Sandwiches
Fire up smoker (or grill) and get to heat. We set ours to 450-degrees.
Rubb skirt steak, both sides. On "top side" drizzle small bit of Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce and add butter.
Cook "top side" first, until butter is melted and then flip.
Slice buns in half, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle on some black pepper.
Grill up buns and pull, setting aside.
Drizzle Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce on shrimp and Rubb on both sides.
Put down grill mat and add shrimp to grill. Flipping as needed.
Pull steak, let sit for a couple of minutes and then slice up.
Pull shrimp and place bottom half of buns (crust side down) on grill.
Load up buns with meats (you can mix and match on same bun if desired).
Place cheese on top and pull when perfectly melted.
Add Sandwich Slaw, mayo and enjoy.

Shredded Lettuce
Onion
Pickles
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Garlic
Black Pepper
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions - Sandwich Slaw
Open up gallon-bag and pour in lettuce.
Chop up onions and slice up pickles, dump into bag.
Scoop out desired amount of garlic and dump into bag.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Shake in black pepper and everything bagel seasoning.
Close gallon-bag and shake together to mix everything.
Note: This does not have any measurements as it should all be to your taste.
