Sedona Smoke

To put it lightly, Sedona is breath-taking. From the fresh air and awesome geology, it is one of my favorite places in this state. World famous for its "red rocks" that was the inspiration for naming this Rubb. This was the first "Limited Run" Rubb to join the full time family, so be sure to welcome it to the gang and to your pantry!

 

This precious powder holds a similar multi-purpose flavor profile like the All-Purpose, but with a subtle and smokey flavor. This is different from the Mesquite Rubb as it doesn't have that "bite" that Mesquite does. 

My favorite way to Rubb: Skirt Steak. Drizzle a light amount of olive oil on both sides of the skirt steak. Take the smallest pinch of minced garlic and work that into the meat. Then coat the skirt-steak with Sedona Smoke and let sit in your fridge for about an hour. Then grill to your perfection, slice up and enjoy!
