Sweet Malone's

Sweet who? Sweet Malone's! Who is Malone? That's the name of my stomach (named after Sean Connery's character in The Untouchables, seriously) and just like my tummy there is some Brown Sugar in this Ba-Bay!

This Rubb exceeds in bringing out the sweet savoury taste in anything you are cooking, especially when smoking or BBQ-ing.

My favorite way to Rubb: Pork. The other white meat (without getting into tales of Amazonian exploration) loves this stuff. And you will love the mix of the two. Take a nice piece of pork and Rubb this savoury sensation onto it. Once cooked, it is time to enjoy the simple and sweet things in life. Namely dinner!
